The real estate developer REDESIGN announces the partnership with KUXA studio to deliver the apartments within the exclusive project STEJERIŞ with the furnished kitchens. With this new approach, buyers will thus have from day one the benefits of a functional kitchen and a shorter time until they can move in. STEJERIŞ is a premium residential project consisting in eight low-height buildings, dominated by green spaces, with a total of 82 apartments, duplexes and penthouse units. STEJERIŞ is located in the old area of Brașov, on the road to Poiana Brașov, 5 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from the ski slopes in Poiana Brașov. The exclusive location allows the south orientation for all apartments, with a spectacular view over the historical center of Brasov, Tâmpa or Postăvarul mountain peaks. The total investment in the project is estimated at over 15 million Euros.
Construction works on the first three buildings began last summer, with the first units to be delivered at the end of the fourth quarter of 2019, while the entire complex is planned to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020. Currently, over 50% of the apartments in the first phase are sold.
REDESIGN aims to manage the complex after handing over the apartments, having as main objective to keep a high standard of living, in line with the exclusive concept and the premium materials used. The administration services will also include for a limited number of units the option of managing the apartments with the purpose of renting them in the touristic circuit or on medium and long term.
